About me
Stephanie Harrer, Founder
I bring more than a decade of experience across nonprofit leadership, finance, operations, public accounting, systems, and organizational change.
Most recently, I served as Vice President and Controller of the Arizona Community Foundation, leading a team of eight and the financial operations supporting more than $1.5 billion in assets across 2,000 charitable funds. My work included financial reporting, budgeting, audit and tax compliance, cash management, risk, process improvement, and organization wide systems initiatives.
Earlier roles with Desert Botanical Garden, PwC, and MRA Associates, now CAPTRUST, strengthened my ability to connect detailed financial and operational work with the broader needs of leaders, teams, and organizations. I bring that practical perspective and focus on implementation to every engagement.
